LYDE BEGUE
Lyde Begue is our peaceful warrior. She was born and raised by the Indian ocean on Reunion Island (google the island guys) and draws much from these tranquil beginnings, but when it comes to performance - throwing herself down the hill, having fun chasing friends while freeriding or pushing limits to the fullest at the races she shows her fighting side! Lyde has been conquering the scene in France and Europe for years, twice winning French Championships, becoming champion of Italian Verdicchio in 2015 and 2017 and many more podiums like Kozakov, Lillyhammer, Kingsgate, Teolo. She is current European IDF champion.
Connecting with mother nature, seeing the happy faces of her friends through their visors at 80km/h, travelling with longboard family and simply just living on her terms is what makes the good life, she says.
